Welcome to my website.

I am a painter, mosaicist and printmaker. My work celebrates the joy of life and the beauty and fragility of the natural world. I work in acrylics and oil, often incorporating mixed media materials and techniques such as sunflower resin, gloss paint, collage, sewing and stencilling to achieve depth and richness.
My recent work, a series of abstract landscapes and animal paintings and prints are inspired by my new surroundings here in Lowgill, Cumbria.
My koi carp and waterfall paintings developed from a trip I took to Japan and from my interest in Transcendal Meditation and the mind/body connection in health.



I am taking part in the Green Door Studio Art Trail this year-September 24th 26th. If you are in the area please come along.
